The company was founded by William H. Fordree in 1968 and was based in Michigan for 15 years. In September of 2001, his son, William R. Fordee took over daily operations at Formrolls. The family-owned business has expanded rapidly since relocating here in the south in 1983. Formrolls has recently expanded their plant from 7,500 to 15,000 square feet.
